Reviews: Nail polish

I know the pictures aren't great, but this is a new New polish that we just bought called "Mad About Mango" and it's a really pretty coral-pink color. Even cooler, it dries in just 60 seconds. Even even cooler, IT'S GOT PERFUMES IN IT SO WHEN IT DRIES IT SMELLS LIKE MANGOS.

It's amazing. I recommend it. Go to Target or CVS and buy it. Now.

BRAVE!!!!!!

In three words;
1) comedic
2) intense
3) unpredictable

It was nothing like I'd expected. It was 10x better :)

The movie takes place in Scotland. A lot of Scottish legends set the basis for the plot (such as Stonehenge).

I can't even say anything about it without giving everything away. Go see it. It's definitely one of Pixar's best. I mean, Pixar is amazing and awesome anyway :) But this was absolutely amazing.

Go see it. Dooooo it.

Camp is OVER!

It's a bittersweet feeling honestly.

I volunteer at Cub Scout Day Camp for my county ever year (I think I've mentioned it before) and it just ended for the year.

Monday & Tuesday were kind of chilly. It got to be about 80 in the afternoon on Tuesday. Monday it didn't get warmer than probably 70.

Wednesday, Thursday, and today got to be over 95. It was miserable! :(

I got in the little little kids this year. They were all either 4 or 5. Some of them were going into kindergarten. They were really cute :)

One girl, whose name will remain Anonymous, had to keep going into the bathroom. At least 10 times each day. Probably 6/10 times she just went in here and didn't go. Maybe more. It was so annoying!

And there were tantrums. So many tantrums.

But I got service hours. 9-10 hours every day for 5 days. 50 hours. I don't remember how many I need to graduate but it's somewhere around 100. And I've been doing this for 3 years. Plus one year I got maybe 20 hours for working at the library. So I should be set for my service hours :D

Tonight I'm going to an outdoor movie with Carrie and a few other people. Mark, Emily, Nick, & Morgan I think. Maybe not Morgan...I don't know.

Tomorrow I get to see KAITLYN HEATHER SCARLET BLONDIE BUKOWSKI <3 I'm gonna visit her at work and then sleepover at her house. HARRY POTTER MOVIE MARATHON FTW <3

She's been in Iowa since the last day of school and I miss her so much <3 I was supposed to see her the day she got back but it was my dad's birthday (happy 43rd birthday old man <3) and I was gross and tired. So I'm gonna see her tomorrow :D

Kait, if you're reading this, I love you :) and you're gonna make me a Hershey pie at Burger King tomorrow ;)

Last Day of School!

It's finally the last day of school!

It doesn't feel like it...it rained all day. It was gross and humid.

I have a party tonight though :) it's at Carrie's boyfriend's house. There's a bunch of us invited but I don't know who all is going. Right now all I know is me, Carrie, Dom, and Ray. There's gonna be a bonfire and I think s'mores. I hope so.

Then on Friday I have another party at Charlotte's house. That'll be fun :) EVERYONE is going. And by everyone, I mean me and my friends and half of the people from band x]

I need to clean my room.

Hair Cut!

My hair is gone :o

It used to be down to the middle of my back and now it's shoulder length! I love it so much!

If you live near me, I recommend Jordan Thomas Salon & Spa. It is the best place ever and I've been going there my whole life :) or at least as long ad I've lived here (9 years)!

Cool New Things

New things such as;

•MY LAST DAY OF SCHOOL IS TUESDAY JUNE 12!!!!!! I'm soo excited. And because my high school rocks, the last 3 days of school are 3hour delays!!!!! :D

•I've been talking to this guy that I re-acquainted with at the cub scout graduation thing (I say re-acquainted because we used to ride the same bus and apparently I told him to chill out a lot). He is really nice and sweet :) he's an incoming freshmen at my school (yay!) and will be joining techie with me and Carrie (double yay!). He's really cool :)

•I'm getting my haircut on Saturday. I'm so happy/sad at the same time. I'm...sappy? I'm sad because I love having long hair when it looks nice and polished but I'm happy because IT IS HEAVY AND THICK AND MAKES MY NECK SO FREAKING HOT :P I'm getting it cut the same way but chopping it off to shoulder length. Maybe I'll post a picture afterwards :) (no promises!!!!)

•Go and buy Megan & Liz 's new EP it's called 'This Time' and it's AWESOME! my favorite song is 'Princess Charming.'

I'm going to the dentist tomorrow. Yay....

Carrie's House!

What?! Posting from a different location other than my bedroom? I guess this would be more exciting for you if you knew what my bedroom looked like compared to Carrie's basement...yeah.

So anyway.

Yesterday we went out and about to CVS, Panera Bread, and Amazing Glaze. It was all fine and dandy until Carrie called me. Something happened to her friend, and I'm not giving any details but she called me and needed me.

So I went over to her house and we just sat around and talked and looked at what Facebook had to say. Then we watched Hercules and had dinner (SEASONS PIZZA YEAHHHHHH BUDDY). Carrie was starting to feel better so she invited me to go to this Cub Scout event for her brother and to sleepover.

Cub Scout event went something like this;
-Little boys getting new handkerchiefs
-Acala (a guy dressed up at a native American chief) talking about the moving up in the packs or whatever
-S'MORES!
-This little kid, Garrett, (the brother of a girl I go to school with) falling madly and deeply in love with me ;)
-Garrett face planting the ground and getting hurt ;(
-Rough housing between little boys continues...
-Got two possible techie recruits (Ryan and Matt)

And then we went to Rita's but I didn't get any because I wasn't hungry after dinner & s'mores.

Then back to my house to get me clothes and stuff. Then off to Carrie's house!!!! We watched X-Men: First Class & the original X-Men.

I woke up a little while ago but Carrie's still asleep. It's okay though because I was smart and charged my iPad before I came ;)) just kidding, I love Carrie to pieces and I don't want to wake her :)
