I was telling Austin about it (kind of complaining but I was trying not to). He went home and made me cookies. He made me sugar cookies and brought them to my house! He said he thought they would be the perfect ending to my day <3

Washington, DC
Today I went to DC with Austin :) 8 AM to about 6 PM we were together :) let me just say, best. day. EVER.
I met some of his family and we went to the Smithsonian museums. We had to ride the metro and I was scared of the escalators because they are so steep :(
We basically never left each others side. Not in the car, not on the metro, not in the Archives museum, at lunch, or the Natural History museum. It was so much fun and probably one of the best days of my life.
He kissed me goodnight in front of his dad (which was sweet but kind of embarrassing...) and I just wanted to stay in his arms forever.
He kept poking me today and messing with my hair :p In a flirty kind of way, I liked it :)
When I got home I found out that my parents had gone to the Verizon store for upgrades and they got iPhones. I got one too :) iPhone 4. Not with Siri but I don't care! It's a freaking iPhone! And because it's an old one it was like $1.06! Not including the plan and stuff of course ;)
So now I'm just hoping I didn't have any homework because The Walking Dead comes on in an hour!!!!! :D
So yeah, all day with Austin + iPhone 4 + Walking Dead = best day ever!

Kissing
I've never actually kissed a whole lot before but I've decided...I like it :)
Austin kissed me for the first time yesterday. In the rain. YES PEOPLE OUR FIRST KISS WAS IN THE FREAKING RAIN!!!! Is that the most romantic thing or what?! It was so nice ;)
And this morning he kissed me goodbye when I left for my field trip. It was for German Day (lots of fun, maybe I'll write about it later). It made me smile :)
And today after I got home from my field trip, he surprised me by being at his dads (which is right near my house) and he came over :) we could only hang out for about an hour though because it was late and we had to eat dinner. But when he kissed me goodbye, and pulled back, looked at me, and kissed me with his arms still around me!!!!! Oh my gosh it drove me absolutely crazy :) in a good way, obviously ;)

SPIRIT WEEK & HOMECOMING!
This past week was the best and worst of my life :) Let me explain...
It was amazing because it was Spirit Week. We show school spirit and get ready for homecoming :) Friday was the pep rally and it was so much fun! I am now an upperclassman so my class got to go to the VARSITY PEP RALLY!!!! It was so much fun. We spelled out "MUSTANGS" and yelled out "MUSTANG PRIDE!" and we sang out fight song. Don't ask me to tell it to you because I have NO idea what it is... the only part I know is "Fight, Fight, Fight!"
The homecoming game was insanely thrilling. We recently got a turf instead of grass for our field and it looked sooo pretty. We beat the other team 36-6! We pummled them into the ground! It was fantastic! Our marching band was amazing, the cheerleaders were peppy, and it was freezing which made everything more exciting.
The dance was last night and it was so much fun! The DJ sucked though :P HE DIDN'T PLAY THE CHACHA SLIDE. WHAT KIND OF DJ DOESN'T PLAY THE CHACHA SLIDE?! He did play Gangnam Style though :) That was hilarious!
When the homecoming court came out to announce the king & queen, it felt like the Yule Ball in the Goblet of Fire (HP). We all stood in parallel lines and watched them walk down. They even took the first dance like at the Yule Ball!
I have sparkles EVERYWHERE. The theme was "Wright, Camera, Action!" and the seniors in charge of the dance decorated the gym like the Hollywood walk of fame. Everyone's names were on stars on the walls and the homecoming court had stars taped to the floor. It was incredible. My friend Olivia made one of the camera props and she said that she made the one that looked like a microwave xD
It was so much fun :)
And today is Sunday :) I woke up at 7:30 to a text from Austin :) I sent him pictures last night of how I looked and he said I looked beautiful and he wished he was there with me <3 He is so sweet, you guys. I like him so so so much. And if you know him, hands off, he's mine ;)
Well I need to go take a shower because I have an entire can of hairspray in my hair (no thanks to my sister, who curled it) and I feel gross from last night ;p

Probably Annoying My Friends By Now
I know I posted yesterday but OMG A SECOND POST IN A ROW. WHHHAAAAT?
Calm down guys, it's okay! I just wanted to say that I am really happy right now :) I honestly don't think anything could make me upset right now!
Yes, yes, it's because of Austin :) I'm absolutely sure that my friends are sick of it.
But see, the way I see it, I have all this happy adrenaline running through my veins, and since I can't start sprinting or doing jumping jacks or screaming to the heavens during school, well, what am I supposed to do but never shut up?
When I'm happy, genuinely happy, all I want to do is share that happiness with everyone and anyone. I must be annoying because I get that look from people like "oh my gosh is she ever going to shut the heck up?" nope. I probably won't. Until Sunday :)
Here's how the next few weeks are playing out;
10/9: role swap day for spirit week (oh yeah, it's spirit week at my school which is basically a week of wearing costumes to pretend we have school pride)
10/10: flashback day for spirit week & rehearsals
10/11: twin day & LAST SESSION OF SAT PREP WHOOHOO!!!!
10/12: spirit day/pep rally day!!! (Best day of the whole week.) oh and the homecoming game :)
10/13: homecoming!!!!!!!!!
10/14: finally Sunday and I can see Austin <3
10/15: boring old Monday. Yay.
10/16: FIELD TRIP DAY! (it's a German field trip where we go and do activities that are German-culture related and then see an awesome concert by this German band, Artig. Look them up on YouTube they're sooooo good. Look up "Lauf Mit Mir." that means "run with me")
10/17: rehearsals
10/18: kaitlyn's birthday!!!! Yay!!!!! I love birthdays, even of they're not my own!
10/19: NOOO SCHOOL! :D 3 day weekend, oh yeah!
So as you can see, I can't wait for this weekend! I haven't been to any football games this year (tear :'( ) and I'm finally going to the homecoming game. Maybe I can convince Austin to come...
I'm even more excited for homecoming! Carrie, me, and her friend Ray are going together. We're taking pictures at Carrie's before the dance and then Ray's grandfather is driving us to the dance in his hot rod :o
Then comes Sunday and I'm equally as excited for that as homecoming and the game combined!!! I'm crazy. I'm an absolute crazy person.

Him <3
I cannot stop smiling. At all.
Have you ever met someone that just made you so unbelievably happy that all you want to do is never let them go? That's Austin :)
Austin is a boy who lives in my neighborhood (I mentioned him in my last post) and we hung out basically all weekend. We're talking right now and I am so giddy :) I'm giddy with anticipation and happiness and excitement.
All I want to do is run around the block 17 times to get rid of all this adrenaline because it's 10 o'clock and I have school tomorrow!!!! I can't sleep!!!!
He's so nice and funny and respectful and amazing and wonderful and handsome :)
I wish the weekend wasn't ending :( he's not going to be here on Saturday but he's going to be here Sunday and we're going to hang out again :D
We're going to eventually run out of stuff to talk about. Most of our conversations are completely random.
Today we hung out with Carrie and it was fun :) he was flirting with me and I was flirting back ;) we were sitting next to each other on a giant bean bag chair in Carrie's basement. He kept pushing me so I kept pushing him back. Eventually we were just rocking back and forth. Then Carrie decides to say "you know she's ticklish right?" and that kind of scares me a little bit because I am VERY ticklish. He says "really? Where?" and she says "on her sides." and that starts to scare me even more because we're sitting shoulder to shoulder and I'm totally vulnerable. He got me :p it was funny though. If I hadn't been do terrified :)
Well I just can't contain myself. I'm gonna try and sleep but it's not going to work. I just know its not.

Live While We're Young

The last few weeks have been... rough. Long story short, my dad was working on a project for a long time (sometimes he wouldn't get home until 2 in the morning). He's been home for the last week and a half, and we've been spending a lot of time driving because I haven't had much practice. So I've been spending every possible minute with him. Today was his first day back. He was in a bad mood this morning and he's sick. He came home about an hour ago because he was too sick to work, but he still had to go. I know I shouldn't be happy that he's sick, but I like him being here. Things are better with him at home. It gets so lonely here with just me and my mom and my sisters. Dad is like the man-glue that holds down the fort. I used to not feel safe when he wasn't home at night, but I've since gotten over that. Mom is perfectly capable of protecting us if a burgalar breaks in... right Mom?
Anyway, there's this guy... And he's really nice and respectful and funny... we hung out a big chunk of the day yesterday and we're going to hang out this weekend as well. He lives in my neighborhood but only when he's at his dads. He's really nice. :) I can't help but smile when I see him... is that cheesy?
I'm trying to figure out what to wear tomorrow... It's starting to get chilly where I live and I can't decide what to wear. It's at that weird stage in autumn where it's freezing cold in the morning and nice and warm in the afternoons when I'm walking home. It's weird. So I have trouble dressing accordingly.
I've decided that tomorrow I am going to wear dark wash jeans, a pink long sleeved blouse with printed flowers and swirls, and a black blazer. Not sure yet about shoes... what do you guys think? Brown flats or ugg boots or pink converse? I can't decide...
